Today I'm reposting a fantastic blog perspective from the
VoiceofHR Blog titled: 2011 SHRM Strategic Guidance, the Final Word." The post is from
William Tincup, a guru to HR companies and vendors everywhere. William hits the nail on the head on a lot of issues. My favorite is the need for SHRM to embrace both the influential bloggers in the space (especially coming on the heels of the news that they are not having Steve Boese as a speaker - huh?) and that they need to find ways to co-sponsor other industry events like IHRIM, HR Tech Conference and ERE.
